About Us
Our mission is to:

Praise Jesus
Respond to God's Word
Act in love
Yield to the Spirit

We join together as imperfect individuals who seek to be blessed with wholeness and healing through God's most amazing grace and love.

We experience God's presence through:
*The Word, as found in Holy Scripture
*Sacrament, as we share in Holy Communion
*Spirit-filled preaching
*Fellowship that is warm and caring

Our local congregation is an active member of the Upstate New York Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and has a companion Synod relationship with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Zimbabwe and the Lutheran Church in Zambia. These connections enable us to touch lives and truly make a difference close to home as well as in more distant missions.

What does life look like on the Resurrection Lutheran campus?

*We gather for worship at 10:15 on Sunday mornings. Sunday School meets at 9:00 on Sunday mornings from September to June.  In addition, Pastor Andrew gives a Children's Sermon aimed especially at our young people during the morning worship service.

*Holy Communion is typically celebrated the first and third Sundays as well as on special commemorative Sundays. All baptized Christians are welcome to receive at the table.

*Our energetic Congregational Council and various ministry teams are actively engaged in keeping us focused on our mission, inside and beyond our doors.

*More casual fellowship can be enjoyed by those who participate in the women's Bible Study group, by those who share their talents in our Chancel Choir (vocal) and Bell Choir, and at social activities such as Game Night.

We welcome various groups from the community to utilize our beautiful setting.

*Sunset House, a community-supported comfort care home, occupies a former parsonage on our property and provides compassionate, peaceful care to folks at the end of life and their loved ones.

*The American Red Cross sponsors periodic blood drives throughout the year with support from our members.

*Various Scout troops utilize our building and engage in meaningful service projects.

We believe that God opens many doors for us to continue to share the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ. Through God's ever faithful love and constant devotion, we remain open to the leading of the Holy Spirit to reach out in service to one another.
